Three iced coffee recipes: Iced Caramel Macchiato, Iced Mocha and Iced Latte
Iced Caramel Macchiato
- 12 ounces cold milk
- Fill with ice to 1cm below rim
- 3/4 ounces vanilla
- Drizzle with caramel sauce
Iced Mocha
Cafe mocha is based on Espresso, chocolate syrup, steamed milk, whipped cream and chocolate powder or cocoa shavings.
- 12 ounces cold milk
- Two ounces mocha syrup
- Two espresso shots
- Fill with ice to 1/4 below rim
- Top with whipped cream
Iced Latte
- 12 ounces of cold milk
- Two espresso shots
- Fill with ice to 1cm below rim
